We reduced and carefully reshaped an overgrown magnolia and cotoneaster at the front of this property in Prestwich.

Both had grown across much of the front elevation, restricting light and hiding the character of the house. We reduced and tidied the plants, removing selected growth and reshaping them to suit the available space.

The work opened up the frontage considerably while retaining established greenery and natural screening around the property.

Result:

A lighter, more open entrance with the windows and attractive frontage visible again – without removing the mature planting altogether.
