Five Lombardy Poplars Reduced in Marple Bridge
Play
Five mature Lombardy poplars stood prominently above this hillside property in Marple Bridge. We reduced their height, retaining their distinctive upright form while bringing their overall size back under control.
The work also included reducing an oak back from the garages and reducing and trimming the surrounding laurels.
With climbers working across several trees and the ground team processing everything below, the job required close coordination around the house, gardens and restricted access. Our view from the crown captured the whole operation in one sweep — from Dylan working in the neighbouring poplar, across the team, trucks and chipper, before opening out onto the surrounding countryside and back to Dylan.
